Welcome to Granny B's Child Development Center

Granny B’s Child Development Center exists to foster healthy development of the children in our care from infants to pre-school age. Our Alvin daycare has been in operation since May 2003. The most important job is caring for your child and we know you want the very best for them. We believe in meeting the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical needs of each individual child, and we understand that young children learn best through play and hands-on activities.

Through the use of positive guidance in a safe and healthy learning environment, we seek to build the self-esteem and self-worth of the children. We also recognize that children are unique and progress through stages of development at their own rate. We continually strive to be the model school for young children in Southeast Texas. Some of the many ways that we are achieving this is by having well qualified staff and establishing an invigorating, yet age appropriate curriculum.
